Design Notes

plac-mRFP uses the classical red fluorescent protein ( BBa_E1010 ) and the rrnB T1 and T7Te dual terminator ( BBa_B0015 ) to inter-assemble with the plac operon ( BBa_R0010 ). In addition, we introduced the RiboJ sequence after plac as well as RBS B0034 to optimize gene expression.
